AGES: 8-11 years old and 12-15 years old (campers will be placed in age appropriate groups based on ability)
2020 dates: Week #1: July 6-10 Week #2: July 13-17
Instruction, drills, activities will vary each week of camp.

CAMP DAY: 9 am-2:30 pm
LUNCH: Campers are required to bring their own lunch. Pizza will NOT be offered this year to avoid communal sharing and handling of food.
CAMPER LIMIT: Due to CDC, DOH, and Town protocols on COVID-19, this camp will be limited to a specific # of campers.
OVERVIEW: Rising Star Baseball Camp, now in Guilderland for the 18th consecutive year, is an instructional baseball camp intended to teach basic fundamentals and mechanics as well as advanced skills for development in the sport. Camp Director Joe Altieri has more than 30 seasons of baseball instruction experience and coaching while his staff is made up of Guilderland JV coach Kyle Johnson, freshman coach Bill Schewe, and former baseball staffer Brian Torre. Instruction also provided by several Division I, II, & III baseball players including Guilderland HS graduates who have gone on to play collegiately.
